With their own performance rehearsals and gigs, both with the tour band and with others, they had little time to devote to this CD project. But they did it! They had one afternoon to rehearse and two afternoons to record! Then Gene Perla took over the project at his studio in Pennsylvania. One of the tunes on this CD, Clueless In Dallas, was recorded in San Antonio at GO Studios. Written by Joel C. Williams, who also played keyboard on this. Spot Barnett on tenor saxophone and Oscar Laun on Bongos, with all 4 of us on percussion. The wind was created by Joel and Patrice blowing into the microphone! This tune can be found in the Poison Oaks film score. "What a blessing that I have had the opportunity to work with all of these very talented and authentic musicians! A special "THANKS" goes to dear friend, Richie Cole, without whose encouragement I may not have accomplished this CD!"
