<p><strong>Our global customer success team is looking for an experienced specialist, who will be providing support by setting up and improving our workflow by learning and managing our tools, automated campaigns and processes.</strong></p>

<h2>In this role, you will:</h2>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive strategy and execution of programs with the Sales Development team to outline targets, develop cadences (email, phone, etc.), and deliver the assets out into the market.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work closely with Marketing teams (Brand/Digital, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Operations) to develop assets, establish operational structure, and manage results to ensure all are aligned and working towards key goals and timelines.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop new campaigns and growth opportunities based on customer data, industry insights, and analysis.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage program budget by tracking all costs in a proactive, organized way to maximize impact and ROI.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collect actionable learnings throughout the program(s) to measure the success and make changes to improve performance.</span></li>
