Founded in 1999, Paragon is a national leader in the resale of remanufactured technology equipment. Paragon has a staff of experts with a proven track record of delivering superior products and value added services to our clients. This background, combined with our creativity, allows clients to increase profits and productivity while focusing on their core business.
Paragon started out as a reseller of refurbished Nortel telephone equipment. Soon after, our leader realized that we could add value and differentiate ourselves with a higher skill set than the competition. By adding technical capabilities to an already strong sales team, Paragon was the only company in the nation capable of selling complete, turnkey voice and data solutions out of the secondary market while also providing technical support. This was a clear advantage to our business and was the foundation that Paragon was built on.
Today, Paragon still offers turnkey voice and data solutions to its base of over 10,000 clients, but has grown considerably into other areas of business. These areas include managed services, 3rd party support, outsourced logistics, disaster recovery and more.
At Paragon we pride ourselves on delivering the best product and services to our clients while ensuring all employees are equally satisfied. This philosophy has created not only a strong client base, but a loyal, dedicated staff of over 300 employees.
