As a mobile engineer at Pared, you'll focus on working closely with designers to implement a simple, clean and intuitive user interface on our mobile apps. We use the most modern tools like React Native, Redux, and ES6, and we ensure our apps work on both iOS and Android.

As a backend engineer at Pared, you'll focus on designing and developing systems that power the restaurant gig marketplace. You will build user-facing products, enhance the real-time match and offer system. Using both dynamic (i.e. past gig reviews, availability, location, etc) and static (i.e. cuisine, kitchen layout, guests per night, etc) data about restaurants, roles and culinary professionals you will develop the core systems and algorithms that ultimately help make for a great in person experience for both sides. You will be making an impact on people who work in the industry and small businesses around the country and eventually the world.

As a staff engineer at Pared, you will be focusing on architecting and building the platform that powers our marketplaces and hospitality network. Networks and marketplaces are converging into one and Pared is building the market network for hospitality. Using both dynamic (i.e. past gig reviews, availability, location, etc) and static (i.e. cuisine, kitchen layout, guests per night, etc) data about restaurants, roles, and culinary professionals you will develop the core systems and algorithms that ultimately help make for a great customer and Pro experience for both sides.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from closing the restaurant through their first paid gig and beyond
- Educate customers about our business solutions
- Cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts
- Close customer contracts and generating new sales
- Use Salesforce automation tools to track progress and report goals
- Analyze consumer needs and collaborate with team members to develop innovative customer solutions

We're looking for a scrappy and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Launch Manager based in New York City. As a Launch Manager, you'll be the face of Pared in the restaurant community that you are launching and responsible for orchestrating the market’s launch, working closely with all of Pared’s teams to meet the needs of your market quickly and efficiently. You'll need to be comfortable wearing many hats since you'll be learning the dynamics of the hospitality industry in new cities, recruiting Pared Pros, and figuring out growth strategies to help "make restaurant life easier" for everyone in the launch city.

Pared is seeking a Controller to build a world-class accounting team to support our future growth. This is a high visibility role and a great opportunity to build out the function from the ground up. You will work directly with our VP of Finance, as well as with team members from across the company. You will be very hands-on and run Pared’s day-to-day financial operations, while also helping to design and implement best practice processes that will allow the company to scale. The ideal candidate for this role has 10+ years of accounting experience with Big 4 audit experience and at least 3 years running a corporate accounting team.
