Having accidentally discovered the Paleo Diet in 2012 and the benefits of having more energy, and clarity of thought; I have become an advocate of the diet, converting several friends and family members.

Moving to Colorado in 2014 made me realize when making the cookies for friends and family, others miss their sweets too.
