<p>PhonePe is the fastest growing digital payments company and the operations team within PhonePe is looking to hire an Associate Manager to build the Ad Operations vertical to achieve efficiency at scale to meet the business objective of 5X growth in revenue. The incumbent will be in charge of doing everything it takes to ensure flawless execution and optimization of ad campaigns to keep the revenue pipeline flowing.</p>
<p>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p>

<li>Lead the ad operations team for assigned industries by overseeing scheduling, creation and execution of campaigns on PhonePe platforms with the intent of maximizing accuracy and timely delivery of campaigns.</li>
<li>Actively manage and keenly monitoring the campaign performance of PhonePe assets and map them to the sales funnel to maximize revenue.</li>
<li>Identify, establish, and implement industry best practices on ad set up, measurement and reporting.</li>
<li>Actively engage and collaborate with BD/Product Design/CS/Creatives teams for planning, campaign management, prioritization, scheduling, and delivery of campaigns.</li>

<p>The role will have primary responsibilities to drive accounting, system controls and reporting for Revenue and Costs.</p>
<p><strong>Job Role / Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Develop clear understanding of revenue and cost drivers, preparation of monthly financial metrics, provide value add analysis and support stakeholders.</li>
<li>To evaluate &amp; devise appropriate processes &amp; internal controls framework to exercise effective financial control related to the direct costs for the company’s operations and to ensure compliance with regulatory/Group requirements and to highlight any gaps to appropriate forums for quick resolution of the issues</li>
<li>Lead the cross functional team in carrying out reconciliation of the direct costs with payment &amp; settlements systems and identifying any exceptional transactions and resolution of the issues.</li>
<li>System testing &amp; process controls review during integration with new payment instruments/ partners.</li>
<li>Partner with Business teams in driving strategic cost management initiatives in the payments business.</li>
<li>Accounting and reporting of Revenue &amp; Costs in line with IFRS/ US GAAP requirements.</li>
<li>Build, develop and maintain necessary dashboards for review and analysis of money flows.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A strong technical background with knowledge of IFRS/IND AS/US GAAP accounting.</li>
<li>Experience of e-commerce/retail background/payments card industry standards would be a positive</li>
<li>Proven experience of GL operations and/or audit from a Big 4</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and communication skills</li>
<li>Review of System controls and IT risk assessment.</li>
