You get a paycheck (bi-weekly)

As a cashier you're timed on absolutely everything. How many seconds between customers. How many items per minute, how many customers pre-inserted their card.
Also watch and help self checkout, and the line. You also do the most cleaning at the end of the night.
The speed expectations are the real killer, I can multi-task but their standards are unreasonable.
PTO is accrued SO slowly it's not even worth it, nothing is given on hire. In 2 months of full time work I got 5 hours of sick time .
