I was stocking for 8 hours + each day instead of doing the management duties I was hired to do. I trained and tested for months for this position only to stock. I was management so I did not get OT when I had to stay over my 9 hours (which is the time management is required to be in the store!) IT WAS THE WORST POSITION THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Curbside/ Lead Frederick, MD Very sexiest place to work, if you are a man you can get away with just about anything- no longer there for that reason Store manager and dept Leads included only act like they care when there bosses are coming for visit from PA, Rest time coworkers that are male got away with no call no shows and still had jobs, etc.. Cut hours whenever they needed and of the employees that worked the hardest, that had been there the longest. They switch your schedule around without telling you and expect you to know, plus you work with people that think they’re in control of you and when they find out that person personally annoys you they will schedule you to work around the same time.
