THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a key member of the Professional Services Group, the Pre-Sales Solution Architect is responsible for maximizing sales opportunities by architecting and acting as the Technical Lead in presenting and implementing Protegrity solutions for potential customers. A strong background in technical requirements gathering, RFI/RFP responses, software demonstrations, POCs and sales-related presentations to business and technical teams is critical. You are required to have at least 5 years’ hands-on experience in a wide range of technologies. These include but are not limited to Windows & Linux O/S, database design, data warehousing, application environments, an ability to read code, experience with Big Data / Hadoop, and a working knowledge of cloud implementations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· At least 5 years’ hands-on experience as a Solution Architect / Sales Engineer handling enterprise software
· Strong business acumen, with experience in using technology to solve business issues.
· Experience in partnering with sales teams to maximize sales opportunities.
· Knowledge, proficiency and hands-on experience with multiple RDBMS systems: DB2, Oracle, MS-SQL, Big Data / Hadoop platforms, Data Warehousing, etc.
· SQL Programming and scripting skills
· Experience with Cloud-based services (such as NoSQL, RedShift, Snowflake, BigQuery, Yellowbrick, etc) and Business Intelligence tools
· Experience with Windows and Linux-based O/S (Unix, RHEL, SUSE, Solaris, AIX)
· Willingness to Travel (approximately 50%)
· Network protocols, components and communications knowledge.
· Strong Project Management, problem solving and analytical skills.
· Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to get along with diverse personalities.
· Good technical skills (ability to install and demonstrate complex enterprise type software).
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Previous software development experience (C/C++, .Net, Java)
· Data security and privacy compliance (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, EC-Directive, others)
· Experience with Regulatory environments such as PCI, HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, Cross Border, GDPR.
· Relevant industry certification(s), including cloud platform certifications
· Broad knowledge of data security and privacy technology, tools and utilities.

· Compile detailed environment information, data-flow mapping and discovery at customer sites

POSTION OVERVIEW:
The Data Scientist is a critical position that will help Protegrity strengthen its AI capabilities. This person will work closely with the EVP of Data Analytics & AI and the overall business to drive continued advancements in the development and implementation of AI both for internal use, e.g. customer churn and into our Products. The individual will solve complex problems with a focus on timely delivery and ownership of results. The role will require strong skills in AI and Privacy ecosystem and creative problem solving.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support, define and build the AI stack.
• Define, build and support AI solutions for different departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR)
• With the R&D team build AI solutions for our core products including potential solutions like:
o Unusual Data Access Behavior with Machine Learning
o Machine Learning into the Anonymization process to automate rules and priorities of anonymization algorithms
o ML for creation of Synthetic Data, structured and unstructured
o ML for Data Classification algorithms that detect certain types of data in structured and unstructured formats
o New algorithms and solutions for more advanced requirements like AI on Homomorphic Encrypted Data (i.e. ML in Cipher Data), Federated Learning, Multi-party compute, etc.
• Work with all departments on collecting their AI requirements implement them accordingly
• Clearly document and communicate the outcomes of initiatives and make sure that the results can be clearly understood by business stakeholders.
• Inspire and promote the adoption of AI across the entirety of our organization and provide expertise for the broader applied analytics team.
• Support sprint/work design and planning.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• 2-4 years of hands-of experience in the AI ecosystem including:
• Hands-on experience with AI libraries (scikit-learn, mlflow, cuda, xgboost, spark-ml, spark, etc.) and AI tools like Dataiku, Domino, Databricks, Sagemaker
• Hands-on experience with Privacy /Security algorithms such as K-anonymity, Differential Privacy, Homomorphic Encryption and others and concepts like Machine Learning on Encrypted Data and / or Federated Learning
• Hands-on experience with Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetss and Docker and respective container storages repos
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Redshift and/or other database engines

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Job Description:
You will be responsible to design and build various product components, enhancement of existing components, troubleshooting complex and critical product issues that gets escalated from Support.
You will be part of a global R&D team spread across multiple locations (USA, Sweden and India).
Main Responsibilities:
· Contribute to continuous development, enhancement and maintenance of existing and new product components.
· Provide effective solution to resolve complex technical problems occurring in the product under development as well as deployments at customer sites.

Job Description
As a Software Engineer - QA, you will be responsible for Quality of our products on BigData platform. You must have strong programming, debugging experience, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will participate in the automation design discussions and make a difference in shaping the future direction. You will be a technical mentor of the junior QA members and the work will involve close interaction with development, PO and Lead QA member of the team. You must be comfortable gathering requirements, set up environments, design and plan automation and test based on a general guideline locally and on the cloud.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for designing and developing automated tools or frameworks for highly optimized and effective test coverage
- You will need to work with leads, senior and junior engineers, Product Owner and Product Manager to design and develop test plans based on functional/design specifications and ensures test coverage is met and customer scenarios are factored into testing
- You should be able to understand impact of changes on automation and plan for automation maintenance efforts proactively
- You should be able to assist in the rollout of software releases and provide required help on the CI/CD, build patch automation.
- You will be owning the quality of your product area and will be responsible for related deliveries to customer
- You will need to develop a very good understanding of the overall architecture of the product and be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional in multiple time zones agile team
- Be aware of impact of design decisions to customer upgrade paths and brings that knowledge into design discussions
- You should be able to handle aggressive schedules and changing requirements
- You will need to support customer requests and get involved with Support team members to debug and analyze customer issues and provide root cause analysis for the same
Required Skills
- Manual and automation testing of Hadoop based systems and applications in a product-based company
- Strong knowledge on Hadoop Architecture – MRv1 and MRv2 (YARN)
- Experience and Knowledge in Hadoop distribution of BigData (at least in one) – Cloudera, Hortonworks, Pivotal, MapR
- Knowledge of Security in Hadoop cluster using Kerberos, Ranger etc.
- Should have hands-on experience in developing JAVA based MapReduce and Spark programs
- Hands-on experience with Hive and Spark.
- Should have worked predominantly in Unix / Linux environment

You will be responsible to design and build various product components, enhancement of existing components, troubleshooting complex and critical product issues that gets escalated from Support.
You will be part of a global R&D team spread across multiple locations (USA, Sweden and India).
Main Responsibilities:
· Contribute to continuous development, enhancement and maintenance of existing and new product components.
· Provide effective solution to resolve complex technical problems occurring in the product under development as well as deployments at customer sites.

Job Description:
As a key member of Protegrity Products group you will be responsible to provide with performance /Stress/Longevity testing to the various products developed across all Protegrity development centers.
Main Responsibilities:
· Creation of test plans, test requirements and test cases for Performance/stress/Endurance testing of application and System related requirement
· Establishment of test procedures for product non-functional testing certification
· Maintain and update test cases according to performance/stress test scope
· Specification and execution of performance benchmarking.
· Provide performance improvement recommendations
· Identify performance bottlenecks and end-to-end performance measures (server response time, throughput, network latency, etc.).
· Test status reporting, as part of product release, or on demand certification.
· Generation of bug reports, and tracking.
· Supporting the development team by reproducing performance related issues.
· Maintenance of test platforms to provide complete performance coverage of supported systems and configurations.
· Understand and be able to write database scripts to validate Performance related test cases.
· Design and write automation framework for performing penetration testing for application and system.
Required skills:
· Experienced QA resource with 5-6 years of experience in performance/Stress testing
· Experience with Performance Benchmarking background
· Must have solid working experience in Unix / Linux environment
· Should have working experience in writing and executing scripts/program (C/C++/Java/perl/Shell Script) to perform performance/stress testing
· Well versed with using industry leading performance/stress/longevity testing tool (preferably open source) and Monitoring tool, Jmeter experience is mandatory
· Sound knowledge on protocols such as SSL, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, FTP, TCP/IP and overall networking concepts
· System and product monitoring requirements with analysis of the stats collected
· Expertise in identifying root cause of performance bottlenecks and ability to provide recommendation for remediation
Desired skills:
