Great people in management and coworkers. Very fun environment like no other retail store. Culture there is friendly and great. Feel accepted into the family once you are hired. Only thing I didnt like was corporate. They’re always making these changes they think that is good for the store but know nothing about how it operates. Typical.

When i first started quicksilver i really likes the job, then i become a keyholder, we didnt get much of a pay rise considering the work you had too do and responsibilities, after 2 1/2 years i didnt feel comfortable in the work place as my manager started being horrible so i decided too look for a new job.

Loved it!! Really great culture and people. Unfortunately got laid off as many others did during the recession. It really hit the surf industry hard. Management was really supportive at the time. I would’ve worked there until retirement if I could have.
