Quontic doesn’t adhere to the terms of your contract or offer. I was hired for a position with base pay, overtime, and a bonus, only to discover that due to previous layoffs, the bonus and overtime were revoked. Furthermore, the base salary is significantly lower than the norm. In addition to this, they are requiring local remote employees to work from the office while others who are out of state are still allowed to work remotely. This situation appears to be completely biased. Not to mention some teams received pay increases while others were denied. The people who make the most money at Quontic still receive pay increases and bonus while the others who are severely underpaid do not. Quontic is the most unprofessional place I’ve worked at with an unsupportive HR team.
