We are looking for an experienced technology leader to lead Quora's efforts to expand in Japan. Quora launched in Japanese in November 2017 and has been growing steadily since. Our ideal Country Manager will take this momentum and drive efforts to accelerate our growth, to help us achieve our mission of sharing and growing the world's knowledge.
In this role, you will be tasked with setting Quora's growth strategy in Japan and leading the execution of it. This includes working with our product development team to adapt the product for the Japanese market, doing local business development to pursue potential partnerships, and executing on marketing and communications efforts to increase awareness of the product.
This role will be based in Japan, with periodic visits to Quora's headquarters in Mountain View, California.
