What you’ll do
You’ll wake-up in the morning and probably check New Relic to make sure the servers ran smoothly through the night. Then, you’ll come into our quiet little office not in SOMA, (or not, we’re remote friendly) make yourself a tea, sit down, and take a look at what needs to be done: anything from helping a customer with an integration issue, to researching obscure query planner behavior in Postgres, to figuring out what our next bottleneck will be and fixing it. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and customers to achieve our mission of helping developers make more money.
About you
You’ve probably worked with or scaled a relational database-backed system to 10s of thousands of requests per minute or more. Bonus points if it was Python, SQLAlchemy and PostgreSQL, but any experience with relational databases at scale will be relevant.

We’re looking for a Developer Support Engineer to help provide a great experience for developers integrating the RevenueCat SDK into their apps. As our first Developer Support Engineer, you’ll work directly with Engineering and Product to create an excellent developer experience and achieve our mission of helping developers make more money.
About us
RevenueCat is an API that makes selling subscriptions in your mobile app easy. We launched as part of Y Combinator's summer 2018 batch and today are tracking subscriptions for more than a million mobile subscribers. This number will increase 10 times over the next year and we need your help to scale our ability to make developers successful.
About you
In this role you’ll be responsible for resolving developer issues, driving product and documentation improvements, and improving the processes we use for supporting our customers. You have an interest in "wearing many hats", and just doing whatever you can day to day to keep the company moving forward.
