<p>We are looking for an analyst to impact our B2B / enterprise sales growth strategy. This person will be instrumental in further developing Alto’s sales strategy and informing the future strategy for both mature and new markets.</p>

<p>Alto is looking for a Customer Experience Associate, who will provide outstanding customer service by handling customer (including B2B) calls/emails, assisting dispatch with customer interaction and managing escalations.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ac826d;"><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></span></p>

<li>Provides friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with all customers</li>
<li>Responsible for providing outstanding customer service to people desiring to travel from one location to the next.</li>
<li>Assists dispatch with helping the customer get through any situation to ensure every experience is as positive and consistent as possible.</li>

<li>Investigate certain trips that may need attention so we can diagnose what happened, follow up with the customer, and provide insight into how this can be resolved/anticipated.</li>

<p><br><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are looking for our next Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations in our </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Miami</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> market. You will partner closely with the General Manager to grow a cross functional team, roll out new initiatives and build your market for future scale. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Great leadership and problem solving ability is essential– you’ll be managing a local team and ensuring operational excellence in your market. In this role, you will represent Alto; serve as the front line to our drivers and ensure driver excellence everyday. This position will play a key role in the City Operations team, reporting to the General Manager. <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Strategy &amp; Operations Associate will play a key role in building out Alto's operational strategy and core processes. They will be an early member of a high-energy, tight-knit team with outsized impact on the org.
