Riding To The Top receives no federal, state or municipals funds and operates with the generous support of community donations and volunteers.Located just outside of Portland on a beautiful 50 acre farm in Windham, RTT is a Premier Accredited Center by PATH Intl. (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International) and is Maine’s only accredited, year round therapeutic riding program solely dedicated to serving people with disabilities.
