Founded in 1991, RJC Architects is celebrating its 22nd anniversary of design excellence! In these 22 years, we have completed more than 300 projects with total construction value exceeding $1.5 billion. We have earned over 50 national, regional and local design awards in architecture, campus planning, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, landscape architecture, space planning, and interior design. We are a versatile firm based on application of fundamentally sound and timeless design principles in pursuit of the right solution for each commission. 2012 was a particularly exciting year as 2 significant RJC projects, one Design-Build and the other CM at Risk, have been the recipient of multiple significant national and local awards.
Committed to environmentally sensitive design from inception, RJC Architects embraced the LEED design process and is one of the prominent San Diego leaders in the successful application of LEED design principals with 20 LEED projects including 2 LEED Platinum, 13 LEED Gold, and 6 Certified LEED projects encompassing over $16.7M sf of constructed space valued at more than $651M dollars.
