Thus not being concerned with the original issue I had called in for. Multiple times they lost documents that had sensitive financial info. They would call at 9:00 at night. The app and the service people would tell me different info as to what was needed. They sat on my paperwork for over a month so I had to pay more money to my account to get updated financial info. They they didn't even need the info after I paid for it. Also kept my deposit.
