Should be highly entrepreneurial, have exceptional work ethic, and be able to work independently.

Reach out to hundreds of growth-stage (mostly B2B, Series B/C stage) technology companies and develop networks within the community in order to source prospective investment opportunities
Lead diligence process on prospects and manage the funnel
Close 3-5 new deals in next 12 months
Qualifications of an ideal candidate:
1-2 years of sourcing experience at growth-stage venture capital firm
2-3 years of technology banking experience at a bulge bracket firm
Must have fluency with financial metrics and modeling
Must be outgoing and aligned with Romulus’ values
Should be skeptical by nature
Should be highly entrepreneurial, have exceptional work ethic, and be able to work independently

The person in this role will also have the opportunity to scope and execute on special cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant & Office Manager:
Provide full-cycle support to Managing Partners including:
Relieve them of all administrative detail, projects, and workflows
Coordinate global travel arrangements and triage any issues
Schedule internal and external meetings across various time zones, while being able to anticipate and resolve conflicts
Manage business contacts
Handle personal errands for founders, team lunches, etc. as necessary
Take and distribute company meeting minutes as appropriate
Manage logistics and company events, offsites, and more
Maintain day-to-day needs of office including ordering kitchen supplies, managing subscriptions, etc. as well as being main point of contact for any building maintenance issues
Proactively aggregate resources (i.e. agendas) prior to meetings
File and organize documents
Research/assist with client communication as requested
Actively maintain expense reports across the firm
Provide support on presentations
Greet guests and ensure onsite meetings flow smoothly (e.g. ordering lunch, printing materials, virtual meetings etc.).
Assist with printing and other ad hoc requests
Ability to own special initiatives from conception to conclusion

Responsibilities:

Track, measure, and analyze social media metrics; create weekly marketing & communications reports

Qualifications of an ideal candidate:
