<p> We are seeking an experienced Sr. National Partner Manager in our growing Channel Marketing organization. This position will report to the Director of Channel Marketing and work exclusively with Rubrik’s National Partners. The ideal candidate is passionate and driven to build, accelerate, and innovate a world-class channel program.</p>
<p> WHERE YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop programs and content with Rubrik’s National Channel Partners to successfully build momentum and loyalty resulting in additional sales participation and pre-sales capabilities</li>
<li>Work closely with our Channel Development and Field Marketing teams to strategically map and execute a national plan aligned to Rubrik’s GTM strategy</li>
<li>Oversee a budget allocation dedicated to National Partners including both demand generation and sales enablement activities</li>
<li>Author Channel specific content and communications as well as the conversion of existing Rubrik documents for a channel specific audience</li>
<li>Design and implement metrics to measure business growth, partner effectiveness, and ROI</li>
</ul>

<li>Percentage of partners engaged and executing partner-ready campaigns</li>

<p> REQUIREMENTS</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years in corporate marketing, with at least 3 working at or with National Partners</li>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or a related technical field. MBA or other graduate degree a plus</li>
<li>Best in class marketing, demand generation and channel experience with a B2B hi-tech company</li>
<li>Experience preparing quarterly and yearly marketing plans</li>
<li>History of measurable success driving partner business and engagement</li>
<li>Ability to execute channel programs and tools (MDF, Partner Portals, certification programs, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong presenter and communicator</li>

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Design and develop solutions to complex technical challenges around engineering productivity and quality.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Design and build scalable and stable build, test, and release infrastructure.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop solutions with support for monitoring, metrics, and automation.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Engage and collaborate with engineering teams to enable better code quality, testability and release.</span></li>

<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Degree in Computer Science or in any related field</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">7+ years of software design and development experience</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience setting up and/or maintaining automated build system in cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and on premise</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proficient in Python and in one of these languages: Java/Python/C++/Go</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proficient in one or multiple web programming languages (Django, Angular, JavaScript, HTML) </span></li>

<p>Qualifications:</p>

<li>Understanding of virtual platform (VSphere, AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft HyperV) is desired.</li>
<li>Strong interest in learning new technologies, learning from peers and continuously growing.</li>
<li>Large distributed systems design and development experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience working with CI/CD using Jenkins and understanding of infrastructure is a plus.</li>
