Weekly pay. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Corporate dictates how many hours that are available for scheduling (based on volume of sales I believe.) Never enough help to put the truck away. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? It had kind of a relaxed feel to it. Not a whole lot of micromanagement from upper management What is a typical day like for you at the company? I was the closing shift manager so I was in charge of counting down the safe and tills, making sure to do spot sweeps every 2 hours, scanning out damaged and expired food and sending that to corporate, reports at the end of the night. Cashiers get paid minimum wage so no one wants to work and the extra work will get pushed into management. They have a culture of them first, employees last. I was told to buy many items by senior leadership, then they let me go for buying so much.
