1. No compromise mentality: we're here to build a world-class product. And we have the team & funding to have such a big goal.
2. Hands-on, get-stuff-done approach. No time wasted in politics.
3. If you're able to execute at a high level and show you're reliable, you'll get ownership.
4. Average quality of the engineering colleagues is very high. The highest I've seen in any startup I've worked at.

Founders being involved in the operations means there's often a very strong opinion in the room, which can be challenging for more junior PO's. Better arguments always win though, regardless of hierarchy.

Really nice and smart colleagues, interesting products, a market leader in digital wealth management in Europe.

It seems that the goal for upper management is to grow as fast as possible and then sell the company to the highest bidder. This mindset means there is no interest in improving the environment for employees, toxic employees are not punished as long as they are good performers, there is no vision or strategic goals shared with employees, which makes it very hard to know what features and products to build, there is no interest in customers problems and opinions, products and features are decided by upper management subjective opinions, a culture of blaming - upper management never accepts blame for their mistakes and instead lash out on weaker employees , which means everyone tries to save themselves than admitting their mistakes.
