No compromise mentality: we're here to build a world-class product. And we have the team & funding to have such a big goal. 2. Hands-on, get-stuff-done approach. No time wasted in politics. 3. If you're able to execute at a high level and show you're reliable, you'll get ownership. 4. Average quality of the engineering colleagues is very high. The highest I've seen in any startup I've worked at.||Founders being involved in the operations means there's often a very strong opinion in the room, which can be challenging for more junior PO's.
