I absolutely loved this job, I only left for relocation purposes. I was in a job involving something that I am well versed in (basketball) and allowed me to have autonomy over how my day to day looked.

Great company, could accommodate its employees better

Second Spectrum was a great company that gave me my first real job. They are doing amazing, innovative work at Second Spectrum and it was fun to be a part of. Unfortunately, they only let you work 5 hour shifts, no more than 29 hours per week, and don't pay for your parking (which cost me $80 a month).

A typical work day provided a passionate excitement to watch and track NBA games for part-time income. Not only did team members work cooperatively, free and unlimited snacks were provided to help supplement the Downtown Los Angeles parking employees were required to pay every shift.
It was beneficial learning about new utilities that could help productivity with computers and software. It really humbled and added inspiration when experiencing the reality of the efficiency technology provides.

A startup that has a contract with the NBA. Very good work environment and fantastic managers all around. Schedule is very flexible, perfect for students/part-time students. Parking is an issue.
