We're seeking a Social Media Editor to support in content creation and community management of Thinx, Thinx (BTWN) and Speax social channels. <h3><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist Social Media Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the Thinx, Thinx (BTWN) and Speax social media channels </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Craft on-brand copy for social media content</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee Instagram Stories content calendar and execution, including writing copy, content production, and content publishing </span></li>

We're seeking a Social Media Editor to support in content creation and community management of THINX, THINX (BTWN) and Speax social channels. The ideal candidate has a good sense of humor, a knack for knowing what’s trending, and copywriting chops. Experience in creating fun, compelling content and nurturing a growing community on major social platforms is a must!</span></p>
<h3><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist Social Media Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the Thinx, Thinx (BTWN) and Speax social media channels </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Craft on-brand copy for social media content</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee Instagram Stories content calendar and execution, including writing copy, content production, and content publishing </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with the Customer Experience team to Community Manage all social channels </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own Twitter channel, including content strategy, publishing, and community management</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own Thinx (BTWN) Instagram strategy, content creation, and publishing</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Utlilize reporting platforms to pull and analyze data to determine how to better engage our community and grow our channels</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Generate and brainstorm ideas with the rest of the Brand and PR Teams</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be dialed into pop culture </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with Design team to create custom content and source existing visual content (photo, video, gifs)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Attend events to capture content for our Instagram stories </span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Track key performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">2-– 3 years relative experience</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor's degree</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Expert knowledge of all things digital and social</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Big ideas and an “anything is possible” attitude</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong creative skills</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Obsessed with the internet, design and pop culture</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excited to create cultural change through art and humor</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with social planning tools (like Hootsuite or Planoly)</span></li>
