I agree with other reviews that this establishment needs to be investigated. The management went through several changeovers in the course of three years which, at times, made it hard to effectively get your job done. The people there were truly a family and made the day enjoyable. Lots of favoritism and a high turnover. Employees are miserable and there is a strong divide between upper management and the rest of the employees. Low morale of employees, poor pay, lack of attractive benefits and extreme expectations. Institution is not ethical with regards to its enrollment initiatives. The definition of insanity is alive and well within the walls of this college. The college is facing challenging times and leadership is like a rotating door where every 2-3 years or so someone is let go, replaced, given a few years to change things around, but the result itself never changes. The only thing that has changed is that they have started to bring in unqualified individuals for the roles they are hired for. The pay is below market with no annual adjustments and the benefits are incredibly poor. No one works together, and no one hesitates to 'throw others under the bus' to make themselves look good and get ahead. Employee morale is at an all time low. The office experience I did gained taught me how things are in the real job world. Would not really recommend the job because it is not a job someone can live off of. The high amount of turnover of administration was a large issue. They do have extremely talented personnel that left or were let go in what was believed to be a cost-savings initiative.
