Founded more than 30 years ago by board-certified cosmetic surgeon Dominic A. Brandy, MD, The Skin Center was the first medical spa in the region. Today, The Skin Center has expanded to include 3 med spa locations in Pittsburgh – Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Shadyside, Pennsylvania and Wexford, Pennsylvania and a nationally accredited, AAAHC surgical center as well as one location in Columbus, Ohio.
Additionally, The Skin Center Medical Spa has 3 Express Center locations making treatments at The Skin Center even more convenient than ever. Our Express Center locations include Izzazu Salon and Serata in the heart of Downtown Pittsburgh on Fifth Avenue, in Washington Pennsylvania at Studio Seven and in Peters Township at Szabos. The Express Centers feature our most popular treatments like wrinkle-reducing Botox Cosmetic, or wrinkle filling dermal fillers like Juvederm Voluma or Radiesse, just to name a few.
