PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and implement product development process and rules of engagement

Build of materials
Costing
Product validations

Primary Functional Responsibilities:

Implement storefront best practices globally, including areas such as navigation, homepage, category, landing, and listing pages. Manage product placement and content configuration to optimize the experience and sales across global websites.
Arrange site merchandising so consumers quickly and easily find what they are looking for. Optimize listing page sort orders, maintain internal search keywords, define upsell/cross sell facets, and SEO meta data.
Maintain the global product catalog including product lifecycle and price changes in accordance with established promotional calendars.
Use reporting insights to identify trends and provide recommendations to cross-functional partners like Marketing, Brand, and Demand Planning.
Identify and drive process improvements around product build and launch processes for quality and workflow efficiency.
Perform all work with an eye on quality assurance and best in class experience.
Provide production support when problems arise. Will be required to be available on call during peak transaction periods, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Position Overview: This role is a key member of the eCommerce operations team helping bring best-in-class experiences to life on our Skullcandy.com global websites. Your mission will be to manage global website content updates and rollouts, effectively launch products, and run site promotions - ultimately providing the Skullcandy.com consumer with an exceptional eCommerce and brand experience.
