<p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead the operational function within FP&amp;A - partnering closely with key stakeholders across the business and driving the FP&amp;A function as a proven center of analytical excellence to support financial discipline and thoughtfulness throughout Slice.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead the annual operating budget process, track and report on performance relative to plan, and manage ongoing rolling forecast updates.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build and iterate on complex financial models covering all aspects of Slice’s operations that will enable effective decision making regarding the company’s revenue growth strategy, cost structure, and capital expenditures.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Improve operating teams’ understanding of financial statements and budget adherence with thoughtful and transparent analysis and partnership.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain and enhance efficiency of internal financial reporting processes, serving as a thought leader to upgrade reporting standards through the pursuit of continuous process improvement.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Establish, track and monitor key operating metrics used to drive the business to greater efficiency.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create ad-hoc analyses to drive business strategy, improve efficiency and maximize ROI.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Help drive finance discipline, fact-based decision-making, and financial visibility.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with operating teams and provide fact-based recommendations that support revenue growth targets and improve profitability, operating efficiency and effectiveness.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist in preparation of materials for Board of Director meetings.</span></li>

<p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">BSc in a financial, economics or quantitative discipline (MBA preferred)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">10+ years in a combination of Finance, Analytics and Strategy roles</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Investment Banking or Private Equity experience preferred</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Entrepreneurial drive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment</span></li>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We're looking for a Product Designer who can own the end-to-end research, prototyping, design and iteration of our restaurant-facing products. You will work closely with our product, engineering and analytics teams to design experiences that improve the lives of our restaurant partners.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Define and execute an end to end UX strategy for your product area.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Craft low and high fidelity designs for everything from validation to successful adoption.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with a cross-functional team throughout the product development process, including discovery, testing and scoping to drive successful launches and product iterations.</span></li>

<p><strong>Essential Criteria:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">2+ years professional UX Design experience</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A passion for user-centered design and a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience conducting and interpreting user research.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated knowledge of good interface and visual design best practices. Professional experience designing UI is a strong plus.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with design systems and pattern/component libraries. Experience with Atomic Design principles a plus.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience building and testing prototypes at various fidelities appropriate to each stage in the product process.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated ability to communicate and partner well across, up and down the organization.</span></li>
