Our software engineers are determined to build the most fun, convenient and social experiences for our customers.
We like to move fast and we're not afraid to experiment. We conceptualized, developed, and launched real-time restaurant discount giveaways (think HQ trivia for restaurant discounts) in 2 days.
At the same time, we are building for the long term. So far, we've built an analytics engine, a unit economics dashboard, and an extensive discount and accounting framework to support our growth.
At Snackpass, you will talk to customers, find and fix pain points on the fly, and build extensive internal tooling to support on-the-ground launch operations.
Snackpass is about taking universally boring routines and making them unexpectedly delightful and fun.

We started Snackpass over 2 years ago at Yaleβ with a goal of making ordering food more convenient, affordable, and fun for college students. Within a few months of launch, we had over 80% of Yale using the app. Now, 18 months later, we are at 7 campuses and over $12M in sales per year. Our goal is to reach 100 campuses in 2019-2020 π
At our first 7 campuses, we've been on the ground as the Campus Team. We partnered with sororities, fraternities, athletic teams, flyered every dorm, and threw free food booths to make Snackpass skyrocket on campus.
A strong Campus Team is the #1 factor in the success of Snackpass at a campus. We are excited to hand over the playbook we've put together so far so you can make Snackpass viral at your campus too.
Snackpass Brand Ambassadors are fun, creative, enthusiastic and know what's GOOD on campus. As an Ambassador, you'll hype up Snackpass to peers on campus. Alongside the rest of your Campus Team, you'll generate grassroots marketing campaigns through events, partnerships, and social media. We are looking for someone excited about building a sales engine and operationalize our supply-side growth, ie acquiring new restaurants. You will be responsible for creating processes, templates and metrics for managing restaurant sales across multiple cities. Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Manager to build and execute processes for our campus-to-campus expansion β from the planning stages to the launching stages and everything in between.
Many challenges arise when combining a digital marketplace with real-world edge cases. The Operations Manager will find solutions to these challenges and create processes necessary for scaling. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for forming strategic partnerships with student organizations, recruiting ambassadors and executing marketing campaigns --doing whatever it takes to achieve viral growth on campus.
We plan on launching 100 campuses in the next 18 months. The Operations Manager will be working directly with the founders to create and execute our operational and launch playbook.
