SQ1 Fitness is a private group fitness and personal training studio/warehouse located in Silverwater, in Sydney NSW. Our group fitness classes are Bootcamps, Boxing, Cardio, and Strength classes, and our Personal Training is semi-private. A membership at SQ1 Fitness starts from $45 per week.

We publish articles informing and motivating our members and subscribers on nutrition, weight loss, fitness and wellbeing information, as well as videos, and workshops.
Our six week body transformation challenge runs every seven weeks, and has proven to be an effective fat loss program, losing an average of over 100kgs as a combined group for each six week challenge.
