<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Synthesize and juggle inputs/ideas from across the organization, turning suggestions and critiques into potential outcomes and solutions</span></li>

<h3><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">5-7 years working experience in UX Research (preferably at a consumer facing app)</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated understanding of core UX Design principles</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience conducting qualitative/or quantitative mixed-method research </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excitement and passion to innovate in finance</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proficiency with data analysis and experience using Excel and/or a CRM</span></li>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We’re looking for our first Senior DevOps Engineer who has a passion for infrastructure automation, building pipelines, and platform services to join our growing team. As our first DevOps engineer you are someone who is comfortable working independently and alongside other developers. You will build out and shape our operations platform and processes so we can build, test, and release software faster and more reliably. </span></p>
