Responsibilities:
Supporting and assisting Buying team in identifying and sourcing new brands.
Administrative tasks related to buying (data input, tagging, etc).
Organizing, managing, tracking purchase order.
Coordinating with PO on deliveries, defects and miss-shipment.
Coordinating with Ops on problematic items that might need to be fixed based on reviews.
Working with Buying team to improve item performance (util, dnw, retirement).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field preferred.
Minimum 1-year of experience in buying/merchandising.
Strong Proficiency in Excel.
Strong understanding of industry trends with the ability to translate them into developing a relevant product assortment.

Job Summary
The job is to ensure finance operations can run efficiently, scalable, then result in timely financial reporting. The role will also span projects related to finance process improvement, optimization, and setting-up across different countries. The successful candidate will encounter challenges related to business process, cross-countries financial restriction, and technology.
Responsibilities and Duties
Finance Operations
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations outside jakarta offices. Handle bookkeeping, intercompany transactions, reconciliation, and confirmation. Keep cash flow records, invoices, receipts, and bank statements
Handle monthly procurement and payment matters: check invoices and arrange payments. Building tight controls on the expense claims and ensuring the accuracy of payment functions in the organization.
Support accountant in process of month and year end accounts closing, including consolidation workings, balance sheets reconciliation, budgeting, cash forecasting
With an end to end function Review operational data and communicate monthly, quarterly, annual statutory & reporting. Maintain & improve financial policies and operational procedures for the company.
Follow through the defined internal controls when authorizing payments, and other financial events
Finance Business Improvement
Support finance improvement project that will revolve around improvement of finance operations, documentation, deployment, and change management
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 2 years experience in managing financial operations, cash flow, and bookkeeping in e-commerce or multinational corporation.
Basic understanding of financial documentation and internal control
More than 1 finance or auditing years, experience in Big 4 is a plus
Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel formula
Ability to analyze problems, conceptualize solution, and comfortable to work in uncharted areas.

Cost and Managerial Accounting
Together with Financial Accounting and Consolidation Specialist, reviewing and ensuring validity of data provided for monthly closing activities for cost and buying activities, such as backend data, PO or other buying documents, trade deposits, fixed assets register, amortization, accruals (advances and prepaid/deposits), etc,
Keeping track and measuring most material financial and non-financial information related to cost of using resources and asset acquitting of both cost-center units and investment-center units. Some activities involved are:
- Fashion acquisition and other buying activities
- Usage of asset value
- Warehouse activities
- Customer servicing
- Marketing campaigns or other activities
- Other development projects
Assisting or preparing:
- Monthly cost analysis and report, which should include (but not limited to):
Asset acquisition, acquitting, and cost reconciliation (manual vs backend data)

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university (Accounting or Finance major), with minimum GPA 3.3 on a scale 4.0 scale.
Minimum 3 years related experience in cost accounting is required with a good knowledge of IFRS and Indonesian GAAP (if no experience in Big 4), and tax related to procurement and transfer of goods
Experience in a startup, e-commerce, technology, or similar fast and dynamic environment
Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel with effective communication in English

Job Summary
