Employees are slaves of CEO. He is god of ego. CEO thinks everyone are foolish 😀.
Office ambiance is good but very dirty floor and desk.
CEO will insult anyone at anytime in front of anyone.
There was a third class PMS for updating your tasks and if you don’t update then you will die 🤣.
Managers are worst and hr is also worst.
All employees were fighting internally and developers also fight with PM like we see in bigboss.
They only hire people with 1-2 years of experience because they can not afford high salary.
They will hire anyone if someone is coming with lower salary.
They will provide anything to client that’s why they don’t have any big projects.
Forgot about leaves here. Here leave is equal to kidney of CEO.
If there no project in your technology then they will fire you at any time.
Increment is joke. They will give 2500 increment if your salary is 10k then again waste one year.
You can not use phone in office otherwise hr will snatch your phone.
No one stay here more then a year.

1.Easy process of interview and quick process for selection
2.Salary Hike on time
3.Monthly Reward to Employee of Month (i personally don't believe coz many time seen politics due to employee of Month )
4.Celebration of Festival,Days,Games, and CEO offers to movie Ticket and Trip also
5. Every Monday give Bowel fill with chocolate on employee's table.
CEO is energetic and young and make jokes in office for fun.

Currently i'm not working so it's possible to some of cons are currently reduce, so it not necessary to all this cons, i mention those cons i have feel, i work here some times ago.
1. if you wan't leave - you can not get easy leave
2. CEO fired to employee any time without reason (fired employee reason - 1. candidate doesn't full Work. 2. if any one make argument with CEO and same office have substitute then must fired.)
3. Most time stressful working environment due to over work
4. Employee must came office on time in morning or even in break time but you can not leave office on time, it's hard to leave office on time - Continue work in weekend - (if leave office on time then HR and CEO must Hurt - Most of time employee work here everyday at least 10:30 + Hours)
5. Never Argument with CEO and HR (never say NO)
6. Most time Tight schedule of work so mostly working in under pressure.

Here is a truth of the company.
All five start reviews and ratings added by company own.
Fake commitment to employee while joining. ex. wrong total strength and increment policy.
Every time they follow their own benefits.
Employees are slave to company and you need to work on 3-4 projects at a time.
From first day you have task, you does not given time to understand company environment and their software.
If you take leave on within a week, you are forced to come on Saturday.
You can not take leave more then two or three while there are festival though you have strong reason.
CEO nature is not good. Don't know why every time he wrote like a hell.
First Soft skill class needed for CEO.
You can not talk to your colleagues while in office.
Not Friendly environment.
CEO always try to show that you are noting and based on that you will not get increment properly.
Everything you need to work forcefully by CEO.
Now CEO will try to cover this review by adding more 4 or 5 star review after this from their employee.
Guys be aware and think twice before joining this company.

- Worthless management
- Nothing like development life cycle.
- Employees are slave for company
- If you can work under pressure then pressure will be created on regular basis.
- Extending working hours without overtimes is a usual scenario.
- Employee of the month award is only show off. If an employee's increment cycle is upcoming , he can not get employee of the month at any cost.
- Increment meeting only take place to mentally demotivate employee.
- Boss is a god of EGO. No one can beat him for this.
- Employees can not have their own life if they want to work in technource.
- People can see more positive review here because as employee giving 4 or 5 star is compulsory.
