I love the flexibility with schedule, and the hourly pay for part time work is great and above average. The only downside is not having consistent hours, lack of opportunity to advance, and lack of benefits for part time workers.

Senior Leadership is pretty bad
|
They've had two rounds of layoffs over the past two years. The company is largely misguided by senior leadership that would be better served leading a brokerage firm and not an eCommerce platform. They were unable to scale for growth over a 5 year period that culminated in them building a massive budget despite revenue decline, and unsuccessfully selling the company. The executive team has business incompetency, and a child could accidentally lead their buyer channel better than their current leader.

Competitive environment, lots of changes going on in the company. very focused on ensuring top line growth. Leadership is OK. Not top notch and there is a lot of hierarchy you have to contend with. Lots of politics but if you are saavy you can navigate your way through it and be successful.
