Team in store are the only reason to stay, higher up management doesn’t care about their team and lack of hours they give out to people so likely to have minimal hours. No matter how long you’ve worked for the company.

This company just has horrible clientele that will run you down. Everything else is great for a serving position. There is no automatic gratuity and the guests don’t tip properly.
