Excellent company culture. They have a great induction plan in place for new employees and encourage you to ask questions. Truly very supportive and friendly. Great holiday and benefits package. (30 days holiday - whoop!). The marketing team is LOVELY and they really welcome you. Waiting to find out. The company cares about their employees and this is shown in the way they promote good mental health, amazing benefits and salary. Everyone is approachable and willing to help if you need it. Awful HR, poor place to work with no care for staff illness, high pressured environment. As an employee, there are a wealth of benefits, the atmosphere is a very supportive one where ideas thrive and intelligent discussion occurs daily. The passion of the staff for the work undertaken is evident and there is a good 'team' spirit in place.
