Leadership - from parent company Block all the way down - is very open, transparent and approachable. Our technology policies and processes are among the most modern I've worked with.

Great, clever people, high standards and great attention to detail and problem-solving. A lot of exciting projects and work being done, helping artists and getting feedback from them. It can be very inspiring. The hiring process and approach were already a breath of fresh air. E.g. you are not just another number.

There are a few layers and can be rather bureaucratic. But that's how it is with bigger companies (Block overall).
