There have been several issues with management changing time clocks, lying about upfront pay, and blaming team members for machinery issues in order to save face with customers. They'll often ask you to work 12 hour shifts but there are no lunch breaks. During busy or slow periods, such as Christmas, your hours can significantly increase or decrease with no warning on what is supposed to be a set schedule. This is genuinely the worst job I have ever had for a number of reasons not limited to the ones listed above. But they offer 12$ ah hour and that can be hard to pass up, until you find out you've only been making 10$. It was very easy to network with other colleagues/peers and were so friendly and willing to help you out when in need but I felt the management didn't really support you. They would say one thing and then tell you another which I thought was wrong. No matter how good you was at your job or the effort you put in supporting the businesses growth or peers, small things were picked at. Management fed you lies and when you think they are supporting you, they were only looking out for themselves.
