They do not pay what is fair.

Only a handful of people are nice, most you don't even get to know, and upper executives do not even say HI. The company does not provide enough training to new employees but they expect them to have perfect performance. Their GRUBBRR devices are the worst. Nothing but issues for everyone. Salary is already low to start, but even when "promotions" are given (usually because they can't find someone to replace the employee leaving) the rise is laughable, close to nothing. The company is very profitable but they keep filling upper executives' pockets instead of taking care of lower-level employees.

Attrition rate is very high. Longest tenured manager is maybe 3 years. No one wants to make any changes, even when the writing is on the wall. They are complacent. When management is challenged on processes, they would rather walk away and not discuss. Sales sells what they can't deliver, and leaves it to service reps to take the brunt of customer dissatisfaction.

This companies is being run into the ground. The "sales leadership" has no business being leaders. I have never in my life seen, felt or heard so much negativity on a daily basis. You are not allowed to offer or provide any customer service or relationship management. "Just sell and let the inside team handle everything else." You have to ask permission to assist a merchant you built a relationship with. Seriously??
The sales team is run by 2 buddies of the sales department manager. The daily calls are terribly negative. For a company that "does not believe in micromanagement" that is all they do. They lie nonstop. I heard every call start off with "I want to keep this positive", only for the next statement and remainder of the call to be negative. This is a train wreck and it's pretty clear that ownership and senior leadership either don't care or simply turn the other way.
Oh yeah and the owner of the company adds fees to merchants billing and accounts every year and most months that are not disclosed on the paperwork or better yet show ZERO cost. Not smart.
This is the perfect example of why the industry us viewed as it is.

potentially good company, but management is very clique oriented. sales staff pretty much runs over support staff who constantly have to clean up the messes. this place is good at gaining experience but not so much at building a career.

TouchSuite is a terrible company who drives away the best talent by underpaying and over managing them. Senior management is a joke, and anyone competent leaves as soon as they possibly can. There is no direction or support, every day feels like spinning in circles. No one gets any work done because priorities and goals (short and long term) are constantly changing, so there no motivation.
Any time work does get done, the CEO puts a stop to it by cutting costs and team members. Every major technology initiative put forward during my time there was left incomplete or broken because a) Management decided to move in a different direction b) Developers quit or were fired so there was no continuity or c) The company refused to spend the money necessary to develop even moderately successful technology solutions. Do not work here.

No one knows what they are doing, so it is easy to get by putting in half an effort.

Everything. You will be underpaid, overworked, and treated like dirt. Avoid like the plague

During the time I was employed, many changes were happening for the company involving their products, services, and internal staff. It's hard to establish a concrete organizational chart and to pinpoint the executive's involvement in the company.
As from a marketing department aspect, it's very difficult on obtaining the right information from sales and operations that are needed to fulfill tasks appropriately. So be use to indecisive conversations happening.
However, the department has helped the company with better user experiences online, but it still struggles to make certain standards to provide their customers the help they need.
The company depends more on guerrilla marketing tactics to gain its attention, rather than using competitive analysis, observations and logic to promote their products and services.
