They worked with me while I went through some issues and allowed me to come back without hesitation. They were more worried about members actually being taken care off from start to finding the quotas. It was refreshing. I unfortunately had to leave due to moving out of country but I highly recommend. The selection process of this company is quite exhausting, you have to create a profile (sitter) and "sell yourself" to the managers. Three job interviews where the hiring manager (in my second interview) was laying on the table as if she was tired or bored, it went on and on and if you do the homework you will do well. Got the job and soon realised that the job had been mis-sold... there were so many promises during the internet process that it's quite evident will never happen. They have a laughable (not in a good way) hierarchy with people that climb up the ladder... god knows how, but this is their first job so... experience counts to nothing... submissiveness, grassing, snitching and bullying does. They don't have an HR office, no processes in place, no training department, no quality assurance department (or processes in place) no development chances because the only way is sideways unless you become some technical app/website geek to get a chance a the overpaid and more important jobs. But then again, there is no learning and development department so who will develop the employees? ah, correct... no one. Membership services (the call centre) is regarded as the bottom of the line and down there is where you belong. They offer you a lovely fridge with alcohol and if the senior managers allow it, maybe some Prosecco and they do have a very "let's drink on the company's card" social environment which for some it's great... for other more into sports and fitness not so much. The holiday entitlement is out of this world... you get your days but then you have to use your own holiday if you want to be off on a bank holiday, even Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years day. really? You can bring a dog to the office, with previous consent which is nice but other than that... expect to be bullied, looked down and don't expect to grow (actually the company is shrinking for some reason) so there.
