You get free bedding and the job is very laid back. Not much labor or tasks at all.

Horrible communication within company, nepotism, same level positions paid at different hourly wages based on whether you were prior friends with certain individuals or not. Daniel Sanchez will not help you with anything at all, Tommy is okay but you cannot speak up about things unless you are ready to be gaslit. They pick and choose what new products to have mandatory training on. Also will hire out of company before allowing others within company know a position is open.

Communication is in DIRE need to be reworked and fixed throughout the company. Company priorities need extremely refocused and shifted as well. That could fix a lot of main issues. Company needs to be more willing to take accountability when things go wrong due to their lack of communication or their own errors and take action to repairing and finding a way to fix issues.

- Benefits including Unlimited PTO (they may be getting rid of this), 4 month paid parental leave, health insurance

- Terrible leadership and divisive decisions made by new Serta Simmons C-Suite folks
- Low company morale
- Most of engineering department that had been there for years quit in the last few months
- extremely disorganized and understaffed HR department
- I felt like just another employee that didn’t matter at all in the eyes of those on top

Many changes, things are going downhill fast.
|

- Compensation is very good and competitive
- Good work/life balance
- Good discount and free mattress
|
- The company culture is gone. Ever since Shelley stepped in and the Serta Simmons Beautyrest merger fully integrated, company culture has taken a nose dive. No more weekly T&N stand ups, anonymous questions discouraged, and everything is very corporate and less personal in general. There seems to be zero attempt in improving company culture overall.
- Too many organizational changes happening too quickly.
- Benefits have changed and are worse than when I originally signed up. (Unlimited PTO is going away, HSA employer contribution reduced significantly)
- I have witnessed favoritism in the workplace.
