We're looking for someone who can own relationship management with our key restaurant partners. The role involves ownership of operations related to our restaurant partners, from onboarding and training all the way through to analysis and optimization of delivery operations. Your mission is to make our key restaurant partners help them grow their businesses and happy with our service. It demands a unique combination of rapport building skills, analytical drive, project management and passion for customer relation. This is an fast-paced, growing role, and this person will work with the Uber Eats operations teams, marketing team along with other teams to drive significant evolution in the Uber Eats business. What You’ll DoCommercial relation: generate commercial actions, campaigns and reports for our restaurant partners in order to understand where there are opportunities for growth and improvementData analysis and problem solving: dig deeper into the data, to find new actions our partners can implement to impact positively both their business and the experience customers have on EatsProgress reviews: run periodic meetings in order to analyze data and reports with our partners, and suggest improvements or actions to help them grow their businessRelationship building: you will be the “go-to” person for our partners doubts and for advice. You will become a restaurant advisorCustomer service: help your key accounts solve day to day problems they may have while using Uber Eats, such as changes in menus, control of payments, etc…What You’ll Need2 to 4 years of experience.
