Work like a robot and always think about money earning. Shouldn't have personal life. Suitable for 21yrs-27yrs only and unmarried personality only. It is not suitable for those who has family. 6days working and management expects us to work on Sundays too. From morning till late night, we have to sit in the office and complete SOP and run behind sales.

I was here for less than a year, very startuppy environment, extremely frugal, culture was bad, the company mission is good and they are thinking long term but engineering was shallow and there was no depth in peer group.

The work culture is not good. Very stressful. Don't work here. The working hours ie very long people sit here from 10AM to 9PM.
I am.not comfortable people only run after targets no balance of mental health here.
You get anxiety attacks here and won't feel like working here.

Your growth depends on manager as my first my manager was great, learnt a lot from him. But after the team change , things went on toss (absolutely pathetic if your are fresher) and i was kept in a position that i have to leave the company.
If you'r manger is not worth working with then reach out to upper management asap they will help definitely.
