<p>Vagaro is looking for a Email Marketing Specialist! The Email Marketing Specialist will focus on developing and managing email strategies to support key business priorities such as lead acquisition, engagement, and retention.</p>
<p>This position will report to the Content Marketing Manager and be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns. This role involves working closely with cross-functional team members as well as outside vendors.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Manage broadcast and trigger based B2B & B2C email campaigns.</li><li>Create emails for product launches, feature announcements, blog updates, and seasonal promotions in collaboration with Design, Product and Support.</li><li>Create engaging monthly newsletters.</li><li>Design and build automated email nurture programs across the customer life-cycle.</li><li>Provide channel and campaign level analysis to the Content Marketing Manager; make recommendations to optimize email performance.</li><li>Help develop photography ideas, animations, and infographics to increase a readers’ understanding and interest.</li><li>Obtain a deep understanding of Vagaro’s software and its role in the wellness industry and modern technology and be able to translate complex product details into simple, polished, and easy to understand language for Vagaro’s audience.</li><li>Self-evaluate your work and then submit to manager and C-Suite for input and approval.</li><li>Brainstorm with internal marketing team on new ideas and strategies for effective content.</li><li>Report on email marketing trends and automation innovations.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Experience/Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Familiarity of B2B and B2C email marketing role.</li><li>Exceptional writing skills and a proven track record creating compelling copy of the highest standard.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects successfully under tight timelines.</li><li>CMS Management (WordPress or similar)</li><li>Marketing Automation Systems (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot or similar)</li><li>Experience using email template builders (BeePro)</li><li>Experience in HTML.</li><li>MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>BA/BS in a related field preferred.</li></ul><p></p>

<ul><li> Architect, design, and develop scalable, resilient, and fast mobile applications. </li><li> Lead and participate in producing deliverables (including architecture, technical design, code development, and QA) to high quality standards. </li><li> Work closely with Product Management and development teams to satisfy business requirements for new features. Take ownership of the solution from end to end and be responsible for translating functional requirements into a mobile solution. </li><li> Drive Test Driven Development throughout the lifecycle of the application. Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of mobile solutions including, but not limited to, executing code reviews. </li><li> Act as a technical advisor to application development teams to plan, implement, and support new and existing mobile applications. </li><li> Must have knowledge of Java and Kotlin both development frameworks with proficiency in Java. </li><li> Knowledge of cross platform technologies like Flutter, Dart will be a plus. </li><li> Experience with Android jetpack, SQLite, Realm, knowledge of firebase and google play store. </li></ul>
<p><strong>Skills</strong> </p>
<ul><li> Proficient with software development using <strong>Java</strong> for mobile applications. </li><li> Familiar with software development using <strong>Kotlin</strong> for mobile applications. </li><li> Strong understanding & experience with Design patterns, Data Structures </li><li> Familiarity with libraries like <strong>Retrofit</strong>, <strong>okhttp</strong> for RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications with back-end services. </li><li> Proficiency in background tasks. </li><li> Familiarity with <strong>JSInterface.</strong> </li><li> Familiar with Android Wear OS. </li><li> Experience with Reactive programming - <strong>RxJava/RxAndroid/RxKotlin</strong> </li><li> Familiarity with third party payment gateway integration is a plus. </li><li> Demonstrable capability to use OS frameworks for multi-threading, data persistence, and adapting user interface across multiple screen sizes. </li><li> Experience with developing custom UIs and animations. </li><li> Familiarity with third party library integration, cloud message APIs and push notifications. </li><li> Experience with performance and memory usage tuning </li><li> Developed a culture of benchmarking and optimization. </li><li> Well versed with code versioning tools such as Git and continuous integration</li><li>Comfortable working in product development environment, building from scratch and continuously improving it.</li></ul>

Experience : 7 - 10 Years</strong><br></h2>
<ul><li> Strong knowledge of .<strong>NET </strong>web framework and <strong>.NET core</strong>.</li><li> Proficient in <strong>C#</strong>, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems</li><li> Proficient in <strong>JavaScript </strong>and client-side technologies like <strong>HTML </strong>and <strong>CSS</strong>. Knowledge of client-side frameworks like <strong>jQuery </strong>will be added advantage.</li><li> Strong understanding of <strong>object-oriented programming</strong></li><li> Skill for writing <strong>reusable libraries.</strong></li><li> Familiar with various <strong>design and architectural patterns</strong></li><li> Knowledge of concurrency patterns</li><li> Familiarity with <strong>Microsoft SQL Server</strong></li><li> Experience with popular web application frameworks</li><li> Familiarity with Windows Presentation Framework</li><li> A knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.</li><li> Understanding of fundamental <strong>design principles </strong>for building a scalable application</li><li> Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.</li><li> Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds</li><li> Knowledge with <strong>Mongo DB</strong> will be added advantage.</li><li> Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as <strong>Git</strong></li></ul>
