Today, VMS is the largest firm specializing exclusively in the management of value in the North America and currently maintains a staff of 26 including 9 certified value specialists. Our services include Value Engineering and Analysis, constructability review services, design charrette facilitation, financial and economic analysis, and training services related to these disciplines. VMS is able to apply these services for design and construction, business processes, organization development, and manufacturing applications.
VMS also offers robust Project Control services cover cost estimating and validation, scheduling, and risk management services for design and construction projects. VMS has been called upon by numerous large public agencies to assist them in the development of their Project Control programs.
