If you happen to work with the 1 or 2 good people (theres a few in most departments) it makes the job a bit more palatable

bad management. management consistently made terrible decisions that put unnecessary strain on workers. Lots of cliques. Lots of entitled folks with chips on their shoulders and nasty attitudes, manners and suffering from inferiority complexes. Just makes the work environment toxic.

The working staff i.e the LAs, the PTs, the receptionists (gym and hotel), the PTs are all great aswell as the housekeepers on the hotel side. Plus getting a free gym membership though that is now in review.

Can't use your benefits to use the gym if your not willing to do overtime i.e 7 days a week. Mess up pay constantly especially the PTs commission, don't hire from within help with progression, they employ friends and take advantage of staff. Manager is under qualified and has no idea what he's doing.
Made to do late earlies i.e finish at 10:30pm and start the next day at 5am, 6 and a half hours away is not enough and you will burn yourself out, standing on poolside for hours which is unhealthy and also illegal.
Get ready to train people constantly because the turn over of staff is ridiculous.
