You will build and manage a high-velocity sales funnel from end-to-end - from sourcing leads to demonstrating products. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing Wheel’s Clinical Operations function -  training, quality, support, and protocol design. This role will partner closely with the Medical team to deliver on these initiatives. The ideal candidate will have the unique combination of a strong clinical background mixed with Operations experience, a creative & strategic mindset, and a highly collaborative work style. In addition to the Medical team, you’ll be collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is driven to optimize processes to establish a best in class clinical organization. Responsibilities: Clinical Training: Enabling clinicians to provide the best in class care through training on industry-leading clinical guidelines, Webside Manner™, and telemedicine best practices. Clinical Quality and Improvement: Create processes and procedures that scale to ensure clinicians are adhering to Wheel / Client’s clinical and process guidelines. Clinical Support: build one of the strongest clinical networks in the industry by designing, building, and scaling clinical support to enable that network. Clinical Protocol Design: Design the safest and most efficient clinical protocols for Wheel’s clients while always putting the clinician first.  Educational Content Development: Collaborate with medical and marketing teams on development of webinar content and CME/CEs to extend to our Wheel Care Team. Wheel Clinical Ambassador: Serve as a thought-leader within the Wheel organization, sharing perspectives and insights with our broader Wheel Care Team. May include leading webinars, authorship of blog content, and more. Experience - 4+ years in a Clinical Operations or related clinical leadership role - Demonstrated experience managing projects from inception to completion - Proven ability to manage multiple competing projects while adhering to deadlines - Experience developing Clinical Training, education, and guidelines - Experience managing a diverse workforce; from clinicians to operations managers  - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate across the organization - Clinical experience across either NP, MD/DO, PA, or RN domain Equal Employment Opportunity Statement  At Wheel, we know we will go further together by celebrating diversity, and that starts by honoring each of our unique life experiences.
