Treat employees really well and put the comfort and atmosphere above many things. Nice office with snacks, OK transport access and overall well equipped. Quite conservative on the processes and the decision making. Very difficult to change anything around the development processes or policies accepted. Never seen something like this before. * Great perks and sallary. * Friendly environment and Managers care a lot about you. * One of the few companies that claims to have a flat structure that really works like that. * CEO and owners are very easygoing and close to the teams.
