We want to expand on these logistic processes and are looking for someone to help on that.You will be working in the Platform team that has built most of the technology being used including the warehouse management system. Analyse existing processes, procedures and systems, identifying improvements
Suggest technical implementation projects and follow these closely with the development teams
Define KPI’s and monitor these close with the data experts
Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements in the systems, process and procedures
Develop models for capacity, productivity, delivery times, inventory levels, resources etc. close together with management
Help out exploring requirements for new markets and product categories
Help out creating training material and processes for logistic employees
YOUR PROFILE
Proven experience on documenting and improving IT related logistics or business processes
BS or MS degree in Engineering or Computer Science or a other related technical field.
Fluent in English since this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered)
Experience from warehouse and/or logistics is preferred
To be successful in this role you have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you are able to take responsibility for your own projects, be proactive and prioritize between different tasks.

Developing exciting features for one of our existing apps.
Using the newest technology to create Innovation Projects that are relevant for Boozt.
Participate in the development of new apps for the (almost fully robotified) Warehouse, Booztlet Stores, Brand Partner or End Customers.
Participate in the iOS Chapter and form the future of how we should use iOS in our team.
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 2 years experience within iOS development,
Experience with all the networking technologies used in today's mobile landscape, especially all the ins and outs of HTTP and REST.
Good understanding of software development patterns
Preferable if you have work experience in mastering data flow, decoupling and architecture in a large data driven app.

THE OPPORTUNITYSite Reliability Engineers (SRE) at Boozt fulfill the mission-critical role of ensuring that our advanced web-scale systems are healthy, monitored, automated, and designed to scale. We expect you to use your background as an operations generalist to work closely with our development teams from the early stages of design all the way through identifying and resolving production issues. You will be building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters and Compute Engine instances using infrastructure-as-code tools like Chef, Terraform, ArgoCD and helping the application teams to be successful on our platform. The underlying infrastructure is based on a mix of on-premise VMs and Kubernetes clusters which are hosted on public clouds such as Google Cloud located in the Europe region.Take a look at your future team: WHAT YOU WILL DO
Be a technical advisor on scaling reliable services and work closely with development teams to ensure mutual goals are met
Participate in the architecture design process and troubleshoot live applications
Setup and maintain monitoring, metrics & reporting systems for actionable alerting
Share the on-call rotation and be an escalation contact for incidents
Influence architectural decisions with a focus on security, scalability and high-performance
Develop technical documentation for workflows (runbooks) / processes / best practices
Use Chef & Terraform to manage various cloud infrastructure resources. An understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and declarative configuration languages is preferred
YOUR PROFILE
3+ years of managing web-scale infrastructure in production
Experience with at least one cloud provider such as GCP, AWS or Azure (preferable GCP)
Advanced or expert-level Linux administration
Advanced experience with configuration management systems such as Ansible, Chef or Terraform
Proficient with at least one of these programming languages: Ruby, Python, Javascript (node.js), Go, PHP
Good English & communication skills

Backend development
Optimise logistic processes such as picking, returns and in-delivery
Optimise performance and stability of the logistic systems
Work closely with the logistic teams in the warehouse for planning of updates
Work with technologies such as PHP, Symfony 4.4, MySQL 5.7, RabbitMQ, Redis, ElasticSearch
YOUR PROFILE
Mastering PHP and MySQL
Good English & communication skills
Interest and knowledge of new trends and technologies within the field
Symfony experience would be considered as a plus

Möjlighet till olika typer av förkovring två dagar i veckan med eget ansvar att, tillsammans med utbildad mentor, fokusera på egna styrkor och svagheter vad gäller nästa generations kundservice. Hjälpa våra kunder med samtliga ärenden via telefon, mejl och chat
Vara expert på frågor som berör allt från specifik produktinformation, reklamationer och lagerstatus till leveransdetaljer och kampanjärenden. Ett och annat stiltips kommer också att efterfrågas!
Vara företagets ögon och öron utåt genom att vara en viktig del i kedjan "från beställning till leverans" och säkerställa att företagets mål om en oöverträffad serviceupplevelse ständigt finns i medvetandet hos alla
DIN PROFIL
Flytande i svenska, både i tal och skrift
God språkförmåga och ett intresse för att uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift (tester utförs)
Du trivs med serviceyrket och dess utmaningar i att kunna ge snabb, korrekt och tydlig information till våra kunder
Att vilja hjälpa till, vara ansvarsfull och noggrann är en självklarhet
Du är stolt över dina pedantiska talanger och det faller sig naturligt för dig att vara omtänksam och lyhörd både internt och externt
Prestigelöshet är något du sätter pris på och själv har lätt för att leva upp till
Goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift, då vårt koncernspråk är engelska. Det engelska språket är också viktigt då du förväntas kunna hjälpa våra kunder på de andra länderna vid behov
Erfarenhet från serviceyrken på olika nivåer är ett plus och erfarenhet av kundservice i kontorsmiljö prioriteras högre än en bakgrund i modebranschen

Tjänsten blir initialt en visstidsanställning på 100% på 6 månader
Arbetstiderna är 8:00-17:00, 10:00-19:00 och 13:00-22:00 på rullande schema
