In Charge Flight Attendant

Toronto, ON
The CEO and upper management only care about themselves.
standby flight benefits which arent even that great because flying standby requires you to only get a seat if the plane is full and air canada typically overbooks their flights so chances are you arent getting on the plane.
underpaid, very hard to grow, management/ceo only care what they get paid. i know many flight attendants that are going to food banks or working 2 other jobs to be able to feed themselves

you should focus on how to make your front line employees more happy because these are the people bringing in you money. perhaps a wage increase - better benefits - more appreciation and acknowledgement.
