Unlivable wage in a Billion dollar company. Not worth the heat rash/hives from exposure/contact with chemicals and marijuana for such low income. Also, lots of broken/damaged unsafe equipment all over. I tripped ad broke my finger because they don't have enough properly fitting bodysuits. They barely gave me one week of pay for being off with a broken finger that I broke at work. Temps are used and thrown away even though promised a future. Some temps have been there for nearly a year and not hired on permanently. I even asked to be moved to a. diff department away from possible hives/rashes and no answer... They dgaf

Being part of a large fun company, having interesting colleagues, and having big goals and opportunities to meet them. Aurora also threw some epic parties, and were very generous to me when I left.

A lot of reorganizations & layoffs. Hard to make long term life plans if you are working at Aurora.
